At Home Massage Dubai, we respect your time and the time of our elite DHA-licensed practitioners. This policy ensures fair compensation for our staff, flexibility for our clients, and absolute transparency in our operations.

1. The Verified Therapist Guarantee

We guarantee that the exact therapist you select and confirm during booking is the exact professional who will arrive at your door.

  • Because we do not take advance payments for the session, if a different therapist arrives, you have the absolute right to cancel the session on the spot with zero penalty.

2. The 2-Hour Rescheduling & Cancellation Window

We understand that executive schedules change and flights get delayed.

 

  • You may cancel or reschedule your session completely free of charge, provided you notify our central dispatch at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled start time.
  • Cancellations made within less than 2 hours of the appointment will incur a partial logistical fee (AED 150) to compensate the therapist for their travel time and fuel.

3. Late Arrivals & Session Time Integrity

Our therapists operate on a precise schedule to ensure every client receives their practitioner on time.

 

  • If you are late to your scheduled location (hotel room or residence), the delayed time will be deducted from your total session duration to ensure the next client is not penalized.
  • The full session fee will still apply for the shortened time.

4. On-the-Spot Session Extensions

If you are enjoying your therapy and wish to extend your session duration (e.g., from 60 minutes to 90 minutes), you may request this directly with your therapist.

 

  • Extensions are strictly subject to the therapist’s immediate availability.
  • If the therapist does not have a subsequent booking, the extension will be granted and the difference in cost will be added to your final payment.

5. Our Premium Quality Guarantee & Refunds

We hold our practitioners to the highest industry standards.

 

  • If you are unsatisfied with the pressure or technique during the first 15 minutes of the session, inform the therapist immediately so they can adjust.
  • If the session is terminated within this 15-minute window due to unsatisfactory technique or pressure, you will not be charged.
  • Once a session is fully completed, the service has been rendered and is strictly non-refundable.

6. No-Show Policy

If our therapist arrives at your location and is denied entry, or if you are unreachable after 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival time, the appointment is classified as a “No-Show.” No-shows will require full upfront payment via bank transfer before any future bookings can be accepted.
