Centralized Dispatch Security
Your personal phone number is strictly held by our central management team. All logistical communication is routed entirely through our secure central dispatch, ensuring your personal contact details are kept private from our field staff.
Routine Data Purging & Right to Erasure
Once a session is successfully completed, our management team routinely clears dispatch chat histories. We do not maintain a permanent archive of your specific hotel room numbers or residential gate codes. In accordance with UAE and GDPR standards, you may request the immediate deletion of any historical booking data by messaging our central dispatch.
Zero Third-Party Sharing
Your location and contact data are never sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketing agencies.
2. Health & Wellness Privacy
To provide safe, customized wellness sessions, your practitioner may inquire about prior injuries or conditions (such as pregnancy or chronic tension).
- All health information disclosed to your therapist is bound by strict practitioner-client confidentiality as mandated by premium wellness standards.
- Your physical data is used exclusively to customize your session for your safety and is never recorded in public systems.
3. Physical Discretion Protocol
We extend our privacy policy beyond digital data to your physical environment.
- Professional Spa Attire: Our therapists arrive at your residence or hotel in professional, standard spa attire.
- Concierge Interaction: When interacting with your building security or hotel concierge, our staff maintains strict discretion regarding the nature of the visit, ensuring your personal wellness routine remains completely private.
4. Digital Security & Communications
All booking communications are handled directly by our central management via end-to-end encrypted messaging (WhatsApp) or secure phone lines. Because your therapist does not possess your phone number, you will never receive unauthorized messages from field staff. Furthermore, we do not use your phone number for spam or aggressive marketing campaigns. Any promotional communication requires your explicit opt-in.
