1. Transparent Payments for Dubai Bookings (Pay Upon Arrival)
We believe in complete transparency and frictionless convenience. We do not require advance deposits for massage services within Dubai.
- You pay the exact agreed-upon rate only when your therapist arrives safely at your location.
- Flexible Payment Options: Our therapists are equipped with secure, portable POS terminals. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure direct bank transfers upon arrival.
2. Logistics & Out-of-Emirate Bookings (Sharjah & Ajman)
Our primary service area is Dubai, where therapist travel is fully included in the service price. However, we do accommodate requests for Sharjah and Ajman under strict logistical rules:
- Travel costs are not included for Sharjah and Ajman.
- An upfront taxi logistics advance of AED 150 must be paid before dispatch. (Note: Two-way taxi fares to these emirates exceed AED 150; our company subsidizes the remaining travel costs as a courtesy).
- The actual massage fee is still paid strictly upon the therapist’s arrival.
3. Fraud Prevention & Suspicious Bookings
To protect our therapists from fake bookings and ensure efficient routing, our dispatch team requires an exact map location, building name, and hotel room number.
- If a client repeatedly changes their address during the dispatch process, or refuses to provide complete and exact location details, our system flags the booking as a logistics risk.
- In these instances, we require an AED 150 advance payment for the taxi to verify the legitimacy of the booking. The remaining massage fee is paid upon arrival. If the advance is not provided, the booking will be declined.
4. Fair Pay & Tipping Policy (No Mandatory Tips)
We compensate our elite therapists exceptionally well for their hard work and expertise. We reject the industry model that forces clients to pay mandatory gratuities.
- Tips are 100% optional.
- There are no hidden service charges and no pressure. Any tip you choose to give is based purely on your generosity and satisfaction with the service.
5. Strictly Professional Boundaries
Home Massage Dubai provides strictly professional, premium spa-grade therapeutic massage services only. We maintain strict professional boundaries for all sessions.
- Our therapists are empowered to immediately terminate any session if a client exhibits inappropriate behavior, uses unprofessional language, or if the environment (such as a loud party or intoxicated guests) is deemed unsafe.
- In such events, full payment is required, and the client will be permanently blacklisted.
6. Health Contraindications & Safety
To ensure your physical safety, you must disclose any relevant wellness conditions, recent surgeries, severe allergies, or pregnancies to our dispatch team prior to booking.
- Our therapists reserve the right to refuse service upon arrival if they determine that a massage would pose a safety risk to you (e.g., severe sunburn, infectious skin conditions, or undisclosed first-trimester pregnancy).
- In these safety-first instances, no cancellation fee will be charged.
